To apply, kindly complete the Online Application Form and submit the required documents.

What documents do I need to upload onto the online application?
I. For the Child:

Copy of latest School reports for the current year, and final report for last year (if applicable)

Reference form to be completed by current school or nursery (if applicable) and sent confidentially to the registrar by e-mail or with parents in a sealed envelope.

Transfer letter if transferring from outside UAE, or Transfer certificate if transferring from another Emirate within UAE

Medical form (Click to download)

Copy of Insurance Card

Copy of valid passport and valid Emirates ID

Copy of birth certificate and vaccination records.
II. For the Parents:

Copy of valid passport and Emirates ID for the father and the mother.

Required Documents for ADEK eSIS registration
Attestation is the formal documentation recognition or authentication process.
This is completed by the relevant government bodies: Ministry of Education or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy of the country overseas.
It is recommended that you arranged the attestation of the transfer certificate and final school report prior to relocating to Abu Dhabi. Please see the table below for the requirements relevant to you.

Students from Grades 1-12 are tested in English, Math, and Arabic.
Pre-K, KG1, and KG2 applicants will be invited to playdates to learn more about our school and meet our early years’ teachers.
E. Admissions Policy of Special Needs Students
At Ajyal International School Al Falah, our Senior Management Team (SMT), along with the admissions office, and the Learning Support and Special Education Needs Coordinator will consider each child’s needs and the resources available to determine acceptance/non-acceptance on a case-by-case basis. Any supporting documents, reports, student/family interviews, and medical or academic assessments will be reviewed and will be part of the admissions decision. Should any information be withheld or a lack of transparency is evident the SMT may decide to decline the application immediately.
