Ana Educational Philosophy:
Over many years of teaching Physical Education, She has discovered that teaching young minds and bodies is not always an easy task. Each day can be filled with challenges and responsibilities.
However, teaching Physical Education is full of excitement, joy, and smiles, in her class, Ana promotes sportsmanship, teamwork and personal growth. She believes all students can learn and as a teacher, it is her job to motivate all learners and challenge them to reach their full potential.
Ana finds sports/exercise to be a great stress reliever, escape from frustrations and an opportunity to strengthen one’s self no matter winning or losing.
“Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental states”
